Clueless knows there was nothing she could have done to prevent the accident. Yet, the impending accident did not materialize. Three times in the last two weeks, situations occurred with Clueless as the bull’s eye of a developing accident and at the very last moment, it did not happen! Plus four other times in the same two week period details created situations that could have developed into accidents, yet did not! Some people would call Clueless lucky. Clueless calls herself blessed.
There is no doubt in anyone’s mind that Clueless is not a Bible scholar and in fact sometimes struggles to spell B-I-B-L-E. Yet it is apparent to Clueless that someone is trying to get her attention. Dare I say it? “God, what do you want of me?!?”
It has been 2 and ½ days since the last incident and Clueless remains ignorant of God’s will for her. What is a girl to do? It feels like being in a dream when you hear the phone ringing and answer, “Hello,” but the phone continues ringing. Maybe it was the cell phone ringing and not the land line. Oops, the ringing stopped. Maybe whoever it was will leave a message or call back.
Is there a Bible reference for “God, I don’t get it”? What Bible verse do I need to read to understand and implement your will for me, God? Clueless would be very grateful if you left a message for her at the church office with your instructions preferably in words of one syllable or less. In the meantime, Clueless is putting on her spiritual armor ( Ephesians 6:10-18) and starting her day.
By the way, does this scarf look okay with this outfit?
